Our History

The love for pure Greek products that we and our ancestors grow up with, was the source of our inspiration to found the Mediterranean Olive House.

Those unique gifts of the Greek land that mature under the Greek sun and the winds of the Greek sea became our products.

Products that for thousands of years develop with the Greek spirit and in traditional ways.

In our days they are produced with traditional methods and the authentic recipes of our ancestors.

Our purpose is the devotion to authenticity and with the respect to tradition, to bring those gifts to your table all anywhere in the world.

Mediterranean Olive house is a subsidiary of Mitrosilis sa, which has been active since 1976 and is one of the leading exporters of fresh fruits in Greece.

Along with this knowledge and in combination with our creative and restless spirit, the Mediterranean Olive House presents some of the highest quality gastronomic products of our country.

Our Philosophy

Our goal is to bring the authentic tastes and flavours of Greece directly to your table. These tastes and flavours which are tightly connected with the knowledge of the cultivators, the climate and soil diversity make olive oil irreplaceable.

With our excellent organization and extensive experience we cover the constant need for safe and top quality Extra Virgin Olive oil, Olives and selected traditional Greek foods.

Great care is taken at every stage of its life from the olive grove right to the final consumer. We are selecting the olive oil needed for our different lines from various geographical areas in Greece.

Each geographical area, due to the different soil and unique microclimate conditions, give the olive oil a variety of characteristics, tastes and flavours.
